Started the early July,2022, the town has been witnessing the heat wave. The daily highest temperature is about 38 degrees Celcius.Though there are cooling fans and air ventilators in the work houses in our factory, the house temperature is still as high as 30 degrees Celcius.In order to prevent the workers from getting the heatstroke or other heat related upsets, factory has adjusted the daily working time.Workers should work from 7:00-11:00 am and 3:00-7:00 pm.Thus they can avoid the hottest 4 hours during a day.Most of the workers think highly of this health friendly arrangement.
